About me


Hello, my name is Kremena Koeva. I’m an expert on diets and fitness. I’ve researched about diets and fitness for more than 2 years, I showed great results on myself and I have helped my friends and relatives to loose extra weight. I want to share my experience with you on the current site, I would be happy to help you get fit and feel great :).

How it started? As a kid, I was really skinny. Until age of 6 I was eating yogurt for breakfast, lunch and dinner and my belly was refusing other food. Later on, I started eating other food but I was eating really small amounts. During my teenager years I was eating 1 piece of bread with margarine for breakfast; chocolate, waffles or chips for lunch, I was drinking few cups of coffee every day, each coffee with 3-4 full tea spoons of sugar (friends were making fun that I'm drinking sugar with coffee, not coffee with sugar :)). I was finishing my day with 100 grams of fries or cheese. I wasn’t doing any sport because after a trauma of my spin on age of 13, doctors forbid me doing sport. That didn’t lower the turnover of my life though, I was super active. Including the cigarettes in the list above, I can say that I was living really unhealthy life.



Things have changed later when I got pregnant and gave birth. I started eating more food, and of course I gained weight. First time in my life I reached 65 kilograms, I was feeling fat. I never kept any diet before and my opinion about diets was that people are always hungry and they are still fat. Anyways I wanted to get my sexy body back and I have tried few diets but they were helping for a time and then I was getting fat again. (the famous yo-yo effect :)). That is why I started my research on healthy diets first and later on - sport.

I learned why I can’t lose weight with only diets and why I need to do sport while keeping diet. But when I have 2 small kids that takes my attention 24 hours a day, I don’t have the time to visit some gym even for 1 hour once a week. I started looking for option for doing sport at home. I found nice exercises that use the self-weight of the body, aerobics and house furniture for fitness equipment.

Nothing has worked before I discover how to train without being dependent from place and time.


The way of training with self-body weight is the way of training the US military - functional workout that makes the body strong to be able to meet the unknown challenges.

When I started to workout with self-body weight I couldn’t do even one pushup, I couldn’t lift my legs for belly workout and after 10 squats I was feeling pain in my legs for 1 week.

But with time I got ambitious and when I saw the first results with my weight and shape I tried harder. The energy that I got was feeling great.

I am 34 and I feel young and sexy in my body.


Well, I'm still not flexible as I would like, but I'm working on it :) My weight is almost the same as when I was a teenager, but now I'm stronger :). My body is not muscular as body-builder and I never want it to be.

I feel confident in my body, but do not think that when you lose weight you will get confidence or that you will become happier. No! Happiness comes from within ...

But if you motivate yourself to make your body stronger and eat healthier food, I guarantee that your success will be transferred to other areas of life and you will be happy, successful and loved.

  1. Studying diet and nutrition on your own for a couple of years does not qualify you to discuss nutrition and give advice on it. Leave that to the professionals or get a formal education on the matter and become one, otherwise you do more harm than good.
