Cheap diet for 2 people

This diet is for people that need to lose more than 15 kilograms. If you are thin already and you want to lose the final under skin fats, don’t start this diet, it won’t work for you. 

You better buy electronic scale, there are cheap scales on the market. I’m giving measurements in grams, and until you are used to the amount of the food you need to measure it, it is IMPORTANT. 

Below in the diet you will find that there are no grams for man and woman separately, that means that you need to divide it with ratio 2:1. It means that you separate the food into 3, give 2 parts for man and 1 for woman. 

Before breakfast or sometime in the afternoon you need to do exercises (with empty belly).

Super Effective Diet for future brides



This effective diet for future brides is made for Lily, which have to get fit fast.

Before she start the diet, Lily is 84 kilograms and the target is 65 kilograms after 3 months. 

Lily has to lose 19 kilograms for 3 months. This is 6 kilograms per month, which is above the recommended by doctors 4 kilograms per month, but there are a lot more of unhealthier things :).

Lily has a clear target – to look good in the bride dress. This strong motivation will help her to lose almost 20 kilograms in 3 months. 

The diet is drastic, because she has to bereft a lot (miss a lot of things), but the dress worth it :)!
Our future bride likes to eat: meat, milk (more fresh milk than yogurt), salads (tomatoes, she doesn’t like cabbage), peppers, oats, salty biscuits, eggs and cheese.

Summer diet for losing weight



This diet is good for the summer days when we don’t want to waste so much time in cooking and we don’t want to eat so much meat. It’s called summer diet because there is variety of vegetables in the summer but if you want you can try it in any other season. :)
It is good to drink liquids before the meals, not to water down the gastric juices during the meals. You can drink water after you eat too.

Low carbohydrates diet



Low carbohydrates diet is one of the most effective ways to lose weight. The problem of most of the diets is that they are complicated, they need cooking, and preparation of the food for next day and you should eat in some certain times.
This low carbohydrates diet’s purpose is to help people who are super busy and want to lose weight without cooking and complicates schemes.
In the morning you drink coffee or tea, without sugar. In case you can’t drink without sugar, you can use 1 small teaspoon (better not-refined).
Breakfast – drink one yogurt; shake it before use to be able to drink.
For lunch you can eat as much as you want fillet or fillet with salad (salad made of fresh vegetables, not milky salad, Russian, potatoes or other packed salad – only fresh vegetables are allowed). Do not eat bread.

There is no big variety of foods rich of proteins and low on fats and carbohydrates. The natural state of most of the foods has percentage of these three main nutrients. Hello, my name is Kremena Koeva. I’m an expert on diets and fitness. I’ve researched about diets and fitness for more than 2 years, I showed great results on myself and I have helped my friends and relatives to loose extra weight. How it started? As a kid, I was really skinny. Until age of 6 I was eating yogurt for breakfast, lunch and dinner and my belly was refusing other food. Later on, I started eating other food but I was eating really small amounts. During my teenager years I was eating 1 piece of bread with margarine for breakfast; chocolate, waffles or chips for lunch, I was drinking few cups of coffee every day, each coffee with 3-4 full tea spoons of sugar (friends were making fun that I'm drinking sugar with coffee, not coffee with sugar :)). I was finishing my day with 100 grams of fries or cheese. I wasn’t doing any sport because after a trauma of my spin on age of 13, doctors forbid me doing sport. That didn’t lower the turnover of my life though, I was super active. Including the cigarettes in the list above, I can say that I was living really unhealthy life.
